Quail Ridge Gated Community
Quail Ridge is a gated community on the South Hill in Spokane Washington established in 1984. All homes within this community are well maintained, with beautiful brick exteriors and tile roofs. With a beautifully manicured private park, a swimming pool, and breathtaking views, you can’t go wrong living here. The homes range in size from 3200-6100 square feet, 3-6 bathrooms, and 2-6 bedrooms. In the last few years homes have sold both Cash and conventional financing, from $550K-$850K. The HOA dues are approximately $525/month and take care of snow removal (including driveways and walks), as well as landscape maintenance in the common area and in the homeowners’ yards. Water, sewer, and garbage services are also paid for by the Association.
